under $10 webcam

I got a cheap webcam from a small supermarket today because they had a special price 9.90 Turkish Lira (about 6.75 USD).

It is the art1300t webcam from artes and features a built in microphone, 10x digital zoom, face tracking, some tacky frame effects and reasonable basic picture quality.
